UP Charity Contribution for KONG Srey Nouch whose Houses Caught on FIRE

A panicky fire had taken away four houses of one of our active medical student, KONG Srey Nouch and her relatives on 19th January 2013 which made her and her family became homeless in a blink. Eventually, Srey Nouch and her family end up living temporarily in the church.

Witnessing this pitiful tragedy, Student Affairs office along with Student Council had initiated an Emergency Fund Raising to help and support (at least temporary) Srey Nouch’s family. Donation both monetary (1,545,000R+125USD) and stuffs came from many different sources such as staff, lecturer, and UP students.

On behalf of Student Affairs office, we would like to heartily thank for your generous contribution to help our student who is in need and we wish to keep this spirit to live on among our UP team.
