First “Medical Note Workshop” for Medical Students held at UP

On the 3rd and 4th February 2020, UPs Faculty of Medicine organized a “Medical Note Workshop” for medical students currently on clerkships and internships in hospitals. Dr. Prom Vireak, Deputy Dean for Clinical Affairs, ran the workshop, outlining the importance and benefits of writing appropriate medical notes. The workshop allowed the students to practice writing standard admission and progression notes for medical records. It will be repeated at regular intervals throughout the year to ensure that every medical student has the opportunity to learn and practice how to write appropriate notes before starting their training in hospitals and health centers.
