On February 19 , 2013 the delegation of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia led by His Excellency HUN Many came to disseminate the “Youth and Clean City” Program on topic of “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle-3R starting from youth” at University of Puthisastra with more than 100 participants who are members of management teams, teachers, students, Ministry representative, and UYFC memeber. Moreover, there will be have an implementation on this dissemination on February 27, 2013 to market and education institute in Phnom Penh.
