I. Position Summary

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of academic activities within the Faculty of Pharmacy.
  • Ensure smooth operation of teaching and learning processes.
  • Coordinate effectively with lecturers and students.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and quality standards.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate course schedules and semester timetables with department heads and faculty leadership.
  • Coordinate and monitor teaching activities to ensure effective course delivery.
  • Consolidate monthly timesheets for lecturer payroll.
  • Review and evaluate lecturers based on performance evaluations.
  • Collect course materials including outlines, books, references, exam questions, and score lists.
  • Manage monthly stationery requests and coordinate with administration.
  • Coordinate communication with lecturers to support teaching and learning.
  • Prepare student and lecturer orientation programs each semester.
  • Maintain records of practical work activities.
  • Assign students into groups for practical classes.
  • Organize semester exams, remedial classes, resit exams, and exit exams.
  • Handle complaints from lecturers and students regarding academic activities.
  • Ensure good laboratory practices with pharmacy lecturers.
  • Support students with learning resources.
  • Lead teaching performance evaluations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
1.Experience

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a school of pharmacy.

2.Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related field.

3.Skills / Competencies

  • Strong English proficiency (reading, speaking, writing, listening).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).

4.Personal Qualities

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Good attitude and behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
