I. Position Summary
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of academic activities within the Faculty of Pharmacy.
- Ensure smooth operation of teaching and learning processes.
- Coordinate effectively with lecturers and students.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and quality standards.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate course schedules and semester timetables with department heads and faculty leadership.
- Coordinate and monitor teaching activities to ensure effective course delivery.
- Consolidate monthly timesheets for lecturer payroll.
- Review and evaluate lecturers based on performance evaluations.
- Collect course materials including outlines, books, references, exam questions, and score lists.
- Manage monthly stationery requests and coordinate with administration.
- Coordinate communication with lecturers to support teaching and learning.
- Prepare student and lecturer orientation programs each semester.
- Maintain records of practical work activities.
- Assign students into groups for practical classes.
- Organize semester exams, remedial classes, resit exams, and exit exams.
- Handle complaints from lecturers and students regarding academic activities.
- Ensure good laboratory practices with pharmacy lecturers.
- Support students with learning resources.
- Lead teaching performance evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
1.Experience
- At least 1 year of working experience in a school of pharmacy.
2.Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related field.
3.Skills / Competencies
- Strong English proficiency (reading, speaking, writing, listening).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
4.Personal Qualities
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Good attitude and behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure.
