HR Coordinator

I. Position Summary
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator supervises support staff in daily operations
across key Human Resources functions such as employment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations,
training, and HR information systems..
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations including planning, scheduling, assigning, and reviewing work.
- Train staff and evaluate performance to ensure quality and productivity standards.
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Research and interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR files and databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Research, analyze, and prepare HR reports and correspondence.
- Process employment, benefits, payroll, and HR-related documents.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of HR data and reports.
- Assist in coordinating HR programs such as employee orientation and staff development.
- Resolve issues related to HR clerical functions and transactions.
- Assist staff in completing HR forms and procedures.
- Operate office equipment to maintain documents and information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
1. Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Admin.
2. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3. Skills / Competencies
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Strong communication skills in English and Khmer (oral and written).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
