Dr Patrick Tseng

Dr Tseng has been a Periodontist in private practie for almost 30 years. He also teaches the post graduate students as a Senior Clinical lecturer at Sydney University . He is an examiner for the RACDS in the Specialist Stream (Periodontics), an examiner for the Diploma of Oral implants , for the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry program in Periodontics at Sydney University. He started placing dental implants in 1994. He was the first Periodontist to present the use of CT graft in implant treatment at the Inaugural Australasian Osseointgration Society meeting in Sydney in 1998. His interests include the long term outcome of implant treatment and periodontal treatment, surgical treatment of peri-implantitis and tunneling for grafting procedures. He has given over 100 presentations on Periodontics and Implant related topics in Australia and overseas.

He has been involved with the Periodontics undergraduate training program at the International University as a Lecturer and subsequently Guest Professor since 2012. He has also taught at the University of Puthisastra as a lecturer, and has presented lectures at the University of Health Science in Phnom Penh, as well as at the Cambodian Dental Conference.
