Leadership Program: The University of Puthisastra is the only university in Phnom Penh with an advanced Business Leadership Program (BLP). This program which is open to only the best undergraduate students in years 3 and 4, includes advanced leadership seminars, in addition to a guest speaker and company field trip program. The aim of this program is to create the next generation of leaders in Cambodian business and society. Upon the successful completion of this program, students will receive a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Puthisastra.

Extra Curricular Activities: In order to develop the full potential of its students, the University of Puthisastra will promote extra curricular activities which will include a Student Debate Club, a Business / Entrepreneurship Club, and other activities which develop a sense of individual creativity and team competitiveness among the students. Students will also be encouraged to participate in community service related projects.

Internship and Jobs: The University of Puthisastra will establish a Career Placement Center which will provide assistance and advice to students regarding their future career path. The Career Placement Center will also conduct workshops on topics such as how to write a C.V/RESUME and pass a job interview. An internship program will also be developed with leading companies and NGO in Cambodia to provide students with real life work experience.
International Student Exchange Program: The University of Puthisastra in partnership with the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma/Seattle Washington State, USA, have entered into an Agreement which will enable top students to visit the U.S. for 2 weeks, during the month of April, as part of an international student exchange program. Students will be able to visit international companies such as Boeing which are located in the Seattle area in addition to attending classes in International Marketing and International Tourism on campus at the University of Puget Sound. The University of Puthisastra is currently working to establish additional Student exchange programs with other universities in South-East Asia.

Experienced Faculty: All of the professors and lecturers who teach at the University of Puthisastra have many years of both teaching and professional work experience. Most of the senior faculty members have received their graduate degrees from leading universities in Asia, Europe and North America.

Free Internet and Email: (Powered by Google!): All students enrolled at the University of Puthisastra will receive free internet access. In addition, UP is also currently partnering with Google to introduce Google Education Apps, which will provide university e-mail addresses to all students in addition to enabling them to set up their own websites and establish their own online blogs. The University of Puthisastra will also encourage its faculty members to develop their own course websites to enable students to download course readings and assignments.
English Program: The University of Puthisastra has established an English program to help develop the necessary English language communication skills which will enable graduates to successfully compete in the 21st Century global economy.
