1. Supporting Staff
University supporting staffs are to assist students daily during school hours on all issues concerning their learning and survival at the university. Any verbal complaint / suggestion, please contact supporting staff of concerned office.

A University suggestion box is available on the ground floor of Building A for written suggestions/ complaints. The university management encourages all students to communicate with and report to the school supporting staff of any violation of school policy they overhear and see on campus.

2. Emergency contacts
In case of an emergency while on campus, please contact Miss Im Pido Tevy (017 800 955 or 023 221 624). The above mentioned numbers are not to be used to ask for school permission.
